Raleigh Ski Bike - Pink and brakeless!  Originally it was a women's hybrid.  Now it's built for gravity and frictionless inclines.  Yep, that's a Brooks saddle.  BMX bars and stem are a good fit.  Plans at http://www.dirtragmag.com/web/article.php?ID=606

The Runt - Freecycle.org strikes again!  This thing has a front suspension fork by RockSux and a coil over rear shock that doesn't suck too much.  It's fun to ride it on the sidewalk in my 'hood but the coaster brake only works when it wants to.  I think it would look cool with some drop bars and a Flite saddle.  CAUTION:  Do not wheelie on this bike unless you like falling on your @ss!
